We then contact and interview prospects to assess
their qualifications and interest in the position. Armed with the
information gleaned from our briefings with you, we create a portrait
of your company that is designed to capture the interest of prospective
candidates. That done, we introduce you to those candidates whom
we believe can best meet the challenge.
Once interviewing has begun, we debrief you and
each candidate to determine interest level, concerns, reservations
and enthusiasm. We act as a sounding board to evaluate responses
and help move the process toward a successful completion. Our "distance
from the situation" permits us to objectively interpret the
feedback, eliminate misunderstandings and bring the process to fruition.
